We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit. We want you to be satisfied with the goods that you purchased from Crysteel Truck Equipment.

Return Policy

You may contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product to request a refund and or an exchange. Please contact us at 800-795-1280 or 763-571-1902 or send us an email at customerservice@crysteeltruck.com. There is a 10% handling and re-stocking fee, along with any shipping charges, for any refunds. Products not in like-new condition will be inspected by Crysteel Truck Equipment and a discretionary allowance will be given.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be issued back in the same manner in which that payment was made. If you used a credit or check card, the credit will be issued back to your credit or check card. If you happen to pay by check or cash, a check will be issued in the amount of your credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is returned due to a defect in the merchandise or the result of an error by Crysteel Truck Equipment.

Product Refund

Upon receipt of your returned purchase, a credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded.

Receipts

A valid receipt within 30-days of purchase is required for any refunds, exchanges or credits.
